Our instructor has  served about 20 years under the world ISSHINRYU karate. Trained more than 500 black belts.

KARATE: Karate can also be described as a martial art,or fighting method,involving a variety of techiques, including blocks,strikes,evasions,throws and joint manipulations.


Karate practise is divided into three aspects kihon(basics) kata(forms) and kumite(sparring). This martial arts will help the kids, teens and adult in grooming them into better individual for tomorrow.

Speed,power,flexibility,mental techniques,stamina,self confidence and courage also teaches you to be disciplined. Self defence is another thing that this art teaches you.

In our dojo ,we insist our students achieve the mind body coordination in an easy way.

TAEKWONDO: Tae Kwon Do is the art of self defence originated in korea. It is recognized as one of the oldest form of martial arts in the world. The name was selected for its appropriate description of the art: TAE (foot), KWON(hand), DO(art). Taekwondo, a martial art is a sport where you fight your opponent to score points with  kicks and punches”.

TAICHI: Tai Chi also called tai chi chuan, is a noncompetitive, self paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Tai chi is basically for a middle aged people but also followed by the young for defensive purpose.
